Prices per room per day, with breakfast Children• 0 to 2 y.o.: free (Service cradle € 10,00)• 3 to 6 y.o.: discount 30% • 7 to 10 y.o.: discount 10% Other with fee services:Use of kitchen for lunches and dinners:• 25,00€/day per group; • 15,00€/day per family. Bicycles rent: • € 5,00 Linen change, putting in order the room, cleaningLinen change is every 3/4 days (it depends on arrival and departure days).Daily we put in order the room and we clean the bathroom during the staying of guests. Daily room cleaning service can be requested (if possible) with a fee of 10,00 Euro per room per day. Confirmatory deposit and balance paymentThe reservation will be confirmed with confirmatory deposit payment of 30% of total holiday amount,by one of following modalities: • cashIt is important that you tell us, by email or by phone, your reservation confirmation and confirmatory deposit as soon as possible, to keep asked rooms availability. You may pay the difference at your arrival, by cash (no check, no Credit Card). Hot reservations:For quick reservations (1 or 2 days before date of arrival) we suggest to contact us by phone.TimetableArrivals from 4pm to 8 pm, subjet to agreement.Departures before 11 am. Breakfasts from 7:30 am to 10 am. NO SMOKINGIT IS PROHIBITED TO SMOKE in the rooms and common zones.PETS ALLOWED with a reservePets are not allowed into the rooms and common zones. Subject to agreement there is an available space in the external court. |
