B&B Agriturismo CORTE CESON is situated in the wonderful Venetian Padano plain (a large flat level piece of land), in Gazzo Veronese town (Verona - Italy). It is close to cities as Mantova (18km), Verona (35km), Ferrara, Modena e Padova.
We offer bed and breakfast service, with common kitchen use for lunches and dinners.
The position is quite and peaceful, deep into the nature and into the water, the building has been recently redecorated, for a relaxing holiday, to rest your mind and your spirit.
Corte Ceson is a magic place that get off positive energy to anyone stay there. The energy plentiful flow in becouse of the presence of ground protagonists: water, land, air, fire. These elements live into the B&B rooms, to find themselves deeped into hundreds of year of history.
Here you feel in peace, becouse every thing is a snuggle. Every room has his colour, his breath, his own history, and they get you away from quickness of the world to lead you into a dream.
Cesòn is on the borderline between two region Veneto and Lombardia and between two district Verona and Mantova. Their cultures are well mixed between themselves and both are rich of interesting path.
B&B Agriturismo Corte Ceson in into Venetian Padano plain. The building is a straddle on Tione river (cavo delle Pile), and it is built by Benedectine monks before 1600.
Water is the protagonist passing through the B&B. You may hear it, you may see it and make you delighted, giving you a relaxing and happiness sensation, in every room you stay; an anmonious settle. This is what we would like to offer to our guests: a wellness environment for your mind and for your physique.
We think that B&B Corte Ceson was a dreaming and charming place, right to spend romantic days also for recently married.
Thanks to water that flow into, the B&B was a mill, a rice press, a boat harbour, industrial area for electric energy transformation, and cheese factory in recent days.
In the courtyard you may see and visit the little and ancient church “El Ceson” (here take the name the B&B), builded before 1000 a.c. and dedicated to Madonna Assunta. It is an ancient church with an original tower, that other churches of the same time does not have.
The B&B is on 2 floors.
At ground floor there is the wide hall under which flow the Tione river (said 'Cavo delle Pile'), and it may be looked up by a striking glass floor.
Near the wide entrance hall there is the museum area with the ancient rice press.
The fire room (living room) is striking and so cozy and companies (max 30 persons) may organize meetings, anniversary and parties (on booking). It provided of kitchen and relax room.
At first floor there are the wide bed rooms (five rooms and one flat) that can keep 18 persons, and one big kitchen with a hearth.
The rooms, all comfortable and wide, have wide bathrooms with shower, private heating and TVset on request.
The flat have one double room, one single room and the bathroom.
The kitchen at first floor is for guest's lunches and dinners, on request.
Palude del Busatello Natural Park (Busatello Marsh) (2km)
A natural fauna paradise with over 1000 animal species, also rare, both native and migratory. You may reach it by a walking along the river Tione dike, by feet, by horse or by bike.

Cesòn Church (0km)
The Cesòn (big church) is the name of Saint Pietro in Monastero church, an ancient cathedral dome, built about 1000 a.c. by "Longobardi" (ancient Norwegian people).
It is in San Pietro in Valle, near the Agriturismo, in Gazzo Veronese, on Tione river bank.
Archaeological Museum (3km)
The Archaeological Museum of Gazzo Veronese lie into Parolin Poggiani Villa. The villa has been bought by Gazzo Municipality into 1987 and has been renovated in the following years.
The museum collect from neolithic to romanic age finds, picked up during many archaeological excavations.
Among most ancient finds, there is a stone dagger found in Ronchetrin village from neolithic (3500 a.C.).
St.Maria Maggiore Church IX sec. (3km)
An ancient church, about 900-1000 a.c. .
After the 1117 earthquake it has been renovated with romanic architectural style.
